Return Shipping Options
Once a return is approved from the contact form above, you may use the following options to ship back your item(s):
Use a NAV BCH pre-paid return label >
A $5 flat-rate return shipping label may be purchased or deducted from your return.
Ship the items on your own >
Purchase postage and send directly from your preferred carrier. Please be sure to include your original order number to ensure your return can be processed correctly. NOTE: When purchasing postage, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
